WOMEN HELPING WOMEN FUND SEEKS APPLICANTS FOR 2019-20 GRANTS

Brown Bag Information Session Scheduled for Sept. 17, 2018
Women Helping Women Fund announced today that it is seeking grant applicants for programs that benefit women and children in the Spokane area. Applications are available through the WHWF website at www.whwfspokane.org.
To assist potential applicants with the process, an informational brown bag session is scheduled on Monday September 17, from 11:30 am- 1:00 pm at the Deaconess Health & Education Center, 910 W. 5th Ave. Room 268. At the session potential grant recipients will receive specific information about the WHWF application process and ask questions. New programs may find the session especially helpful.
Since its inception in 1992, WHWF has granted more than $5 million to 470 diverse programs that benefit women and children in the Spokane community. Grant recipients are funded through the generosity of attendees of the Annual Benefit Luncheon held each spring.
Completed applications must be submitted no later than Friday, Oct. 19, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. to be considered. Late proposals will not be accepted. Only agencies with a 501(c)(3) non-profit designation are eligible, more information available at www.whwfspokane.org/grants.
