MultiCare Bridge to Brunch 5K run and walk - October 13

With well over 500 participants this year Bridge to Brunch was an outstanding success and our biggest one yet! We had so much fun with this event benefitting the Community Cancer Fund.

Start your morning on the sunny-side up. Join us for Spokane’s Bridge to Brunch 5k run and walk on the beautiful Centennial Trail. After the race enjoy complementary waffles, breakfasty nibbles and brunchy beverages. Let’s be honest, food, fitness and fun have always been best friends.

Includes brunch and an awesome Bridge to Brunch swag item.

$20 Ages 13 years and up

$10 Ages 12 years and under

* Adult brunchy beverages will be available for our 21 year + particpants. Don't forget your ID and cash.

Registration Information

Registration is available online only. There will be no day-of registration and is limited to the first 1000 participcants. We want to make sure there's enough waffles for everyone!  MultiCare Bridge to Brunch 5K is presented in partnership with University District, and 100% of all registration fees will be donated to Community Cancer Fund.

Our start/finish area is located at WSU Health Sciences Spokane Green 5 Parking, on the corner of E Spokane Falls Blvd and N Sherman Street.
