After years of controversy and turmoil, the building is securely in the new owners’ hands and renovation is beginning immediately.
We want to thank all those who made this possible, as well as all those stakeholders in Spokane who have been waiting and hoping for this happy day! Vacant for a decade, the Ridpath is returning to life. Tour the ground floor and mezzanine and review plans and concepts for this 206 apartment project that will bring new energy to Downtown Spokane.
Enjoy light appetizers (and wine) by Chef Jeremy Hansen, who will be sampling the French-styled food he will be serving in his upcoming Ridpath Brasserie.
