He’s known as one of the nation’s leading community health planning experts and is widely recognized for advancing the health care service and delivery model to meet 21st century needs. Paul has a long history of supporting our vision for medical and health sciences education, research, commercialization and life sciences industry development having completed a number of studies over the years including the economic impact study and our original business plan.
