Dean Allen awarded EWU honorary degree

This year, Eastern Washington University awarded an honorary degree of Doctor of Humane Letters to Dean Allen, CEO of McKinstry and proud EWU supporter. For several years, Dean Allen has selflessly devoted his time, expertise, and resources to Eastern, leaving an indelible mark on the institution. In addition to his philanthropic work for the community, he has shown exceptional support for our students and faculty through his generous educational grants program and provided substantial funding for projects such as the South Landing Visualization Project, which allows Visual Communication Design students to tackle real-world challenges. His passionate advocacy for community health was also evident in his enthusiastic legislative support for Eastern's nursing program. We are so grateful for his support of Eastern’s mission and vision for the future.
