New Spokane Downtown Plan approved by Mayor

On July 26, 2021, the Spokane City Council passed Ordinance C36080 to repeal the 2008 Plan Update document (Fast Forward Spokane), and adopt the new Spokane Downtown Plan. The Mayor approved these changes, which are effective today, September 8, 2021.
The planning consultant’s project webpage (www.spokanedowntownplan.org) will be discontinued, and going forward, the adopted plan and related documents will be available on the City’s project webpage at this link:
