University District Gateway Bridge wins state, national awards

The Washington state chapter of the American Public Works Association awarded its annual Project of the Year Awards this month. The University District Gateway Bridge took home the state award in the Structures, $5M - $25M category and the national award in the Transportation, $5M - $25M category. Garco Construction Inc., of Spokane, was the general contractor on that project.
