Hear about new ways Zags can support one another with our career resources! A message from Executive Director, Kara Hertz.

Now Introducing: Work projects for Zags from Zags

What is our objective? To assist students and recent grads navigating the challenges of delayed or cancelled internships and jobs due to COVID-19. Gonzaga University is expanding the services of its ZagsConnect mentoring program. Managed jointly by the Office of Alumni Relations and Career and Professional Development, the ZagsConnect platform will now offer professional real-world work projects submitted by alumni and friends in the Gonzaga community.

What kind of projects? Projects can range in size from a simple data entry task, to research projects, to program designs and more! Check out the full press release below for other project ideas.

To view current or post a project, visit zagsconnect.gonzaga.edu and click on the “Projects” tab.

Internship: Human Resources Intern at Market Equipment, Spokane, WA

What our students are saying: I have loved using ZagsConnect as it has allowed me to connect with so many great alums who are doing great things! These conversations provided me with a lot of insight regarding the field I want to go into, and have expanded my view of potential positions and opportunities to pursue after graduation. I have always felt that Gonzaga has a special community feel, but seeing the way Zag alumni is so eager to help and share knowledge has further reiterated that for me. I have thoroughly enjoyed and learned from each conversation I have had and am grateful for this resource! — Skylar Hughes, Major: Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Class of 2021
