WSU Health Sciences names vice chancellor

Washington State University Health Sciences has named Dr. Gwen Halaas as its vice chancellor of academic affairs. Halaas previously served as medical director at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota and senior associate dean at University of North Dakota.
