EWU to host Women in STEM luncheon - Oct 23

Wednesday, October 23, 2019

Learn why a disparity of women in STEM is an issue—and what Eastern Washington University and our community partners are doing to address it—at the inaugural Eastern Edge community forum, presented by F5 Networks.

During the luncheon, an EWU student and alumnae panel will discuss the topic, co-moderated by Angela Jones, CEO of Washington STEM, and Leslie Cornick, PhD, Associate Dean for the EWU College of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.

Following the program, EWU faculty and staff will facilitate roundtable discussions, diving deeper into the issue, as well as exploring additional community and professional needs from attendees.
