UDPDA Releases RFQ for District Conceptual Design - proposal deadline Feb 12

Spokane’s University District Public Development Authority (UDPDA) is pleased to release this District Conceptual Plan Request for Qualifications (RFQ) updated February 5, 2024.
Please note we will hold an optional informational Zoom session on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at 1:30 PM Pacific (see link at the end of this email). We will post any questions and answers from this session, or any other questions received via email, by February 5 on our website Publications page.
The RFQ proposal deadline is Monday, February 12, 2024, by 1:00 PM Pacific.
