Greater Spokane Inc. unveils new brand and slogan

Greater Spokane Incorporated, Spokane’s regional business development organization, unveiled a new logo and tagline at its annual meeting. In the logo, which was designed by Spokane branding agency DH, the letter A in the words “greater” and “Spokane” are tipped to appear as right-pointing arrows, which are intended to represent forward momentum. The blue and green colors of portions of the arrows are inspired by Spokane’s Expo ’74 color palate, and the point of the arrow is a deep lilac color to represent GSI’s affiliate Visit Spokane. GSI’s new tagline is “Together we’re greater,” which replaces its original tagline “Create something greater.” GSI formed in 2007 as a merger of the Spokane Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Spokane Area Economic Development Council.
