UD Board Member Elaine Couture Elected to Federal Reserve Board

The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco has appointed Spokane-based Providence St. Joseph Health executive Elaine Couture to its Seattle Branch board of directors. Couture replaces Scott Morris, chairman, president, and CEO of Avista Corp., on the board. Couture is serving a three-year term.
