The City Council and Plan Commission Committee are holding their first (drop in) open house regarding multi-family tax exemption incentive evaluation. The event will be held on Friday, February 3 from 10:00am-12:00pm at the City of Spokane Council Briefing Center (800 W Spokane Falls Blvd).
