CCS Foundation receives $10K from Phillips 66

Phillips 66 has donated $10,000 to the CCS Foundation to provide scholarships and program support for Spokane Community College's electrical maintenance and automation program. Phillips 66 is an energy manufacturing and logistics company and has hired graduates of the program previously.
