Downtown Spokane Partnership matching donations to The House of Charity

This holiday season, Downtown Spokane is calling on residents and organizations to donate their money to charities that will provide permanent solutions and means to get those in need off the street and back on their feet. The House of Charity, a program of Catholic Charities, is known as a cost effective hub of collaboration that works closely with other organizations to connect people with the services and opportunities they need to break the cycle of homelessness. The Downtown Spokane Partnership and Business Improvement District have committed $25,000 in direct funding to House of Charity and will match up to an additional $25,000 in local business donations and funds raised by our Text to Give campaign.  Read more.
